Conveyor Sintering Furnace Silica, Alumina, Glass Cross Sewn Products
This is a heat-resistant cloth for conveyor protection and cushioning materials in glass product factories, powder metallurgy factories, etc. It is sewn from silica fibers, alumina fibers, and glass fibers.
Features - It is used laid on top of a conveyor. - Its main application is as cushioning material for products. - Depending on the heat resistance temperature, materials and standard sizes can be customized upon consultation. - It can withstand heat resistance temperatures of up to approximately 1200°C. - Roller shapes can be accommodated with sleeve products. (Silica sleeve, alumina sleeve, glass sleeve) - It can be cut to specified widths. Sewing to prevent fraying on the cut edges is also available. Handling Material Fabrics (Reference) - Glass fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 500°C) - Aluminum-coated glass fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 150°C) - Half-silica fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 700°C) - Silica fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 1000°C) - Alumina fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 1200°C) - Biodegradable fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 1100°C) - Silicone-coated fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 200-300°C) - Fluorine-coated fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 260°C) - PVC glass fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 80°C) - Aramid fiber fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 250°C) - Nylon fabric (heat resistance temperature approximately 400°C) - Tarpaulin (heat resistance temperature approximately 80°C) * The heat resistance temperatures are approximate and may vary depending on usage conditions.
